Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped via USPS, on Mondays and Fridays. Please note that all shipping estimates are business days, not calendar days. Once shipped, Hot Cider Press is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other problems in transit. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Hot Cider Press accepts returns on any merchandise bought through our online store, within ninety (90) days of purchase, except non-stock custom orders. Please note that purchases through other venues cannot be returned through the online Hot Cider Store. All returns must be in salable condition. Refunds will be issued via method of payment originally used (check will be issued for payments via checks/money order, credit will be refunded to credit card used).

Lost packages must be claimed within sixty (60) days from marked shipping date. Damages must be claimed within three (3) days of receipt of the item. See our Contact page for information on returning an item damaged in transit. No refunds will be given for shipping costs, however replacements for damaged items will ship free of additional charge. We will make every attempt to replace your damaged item with another of the same, however for items of limited quantity, sold-out items, or items not in our normal production line, replacements may not be possible.
