Q: I'm confused about an update to my order!
A: Our system has only four flags:
Pending - order not yet processed
Processing - payment processed, awaiting shipment
Delivered - we put it in the mail, USPS tracking number is posted here (US destinations only)
Update - something is wrong with the order/payment, or needs attention
We realize that "Delivered" isn't a clear flag and thus we provide the tracking number of the shipment in the comments (where applicable) when updating. Our software limitations do not currently allow us to change the text of this header to "Shipped."
Q: When will my order get here?
A: For most destinations within the contiguous 48 states, your package(s) should arrive within a week of posted shipment date, though shipping times may vary. All shipments should arrive by 4-6 weeks at most, however some international shipments may take longer. We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or other factors outside of our direct control. Due to high volume, we cannot answer questions for packages that have been in transit for less than 28 days.
Q: Why don't you take Paypal?
A: We do take Paypal! However, according to their TOS, we can only accept Paypal payments for physical adult-oriented products delivered to US-based addresses. Therefore, international buyers are unfortunately out of luck.
